Project | 01 Community Event Planning
At Novel Coworking, I am responsible for planning and executing at least two events each month in order to bolster the community our the coworking space and encourage networking between clients. With a monthly budget of only $200, I have successfully hosted a variety of events which have varied, catering to my wide array of clients.

Project | 02 National Onboarding, Regional Accounts Receivable
In month four of my position at Novel, I was selected from more than twenty Community Manager across the country to become part of Novel's three-person, pilot Onboarding team. As an Onboarding team member, I take part in adding every locations' new clients precisely into MRI, a real estate software, enabling Novel to more accurately collect from new clients.
Additionally, I ensure the proper collection of rent for the entire Golden Triangle building, each month totaling about $70,000.00.

Project | 03 Philanthropy Event Planning
On December 26, Aleksander Teimouri was hit by a drunk driver while riding a bike home from work at Mad Mex. Through his passing, Alek made the ultimate sacrifice by donating several of his organs and bones to others. In memory of Alek and with his family's blessing, I am currently planing a benefit dinner which will raise funds to support the scholarship his sister, Aryelle, founded. Project | 04 Client Relations & Retention
I serve as the point of contact for all 250+ clients at Novel Coworking Golden Triangle. This responsibility begins with orienting new clients to the space and to the community and evolves into addressing all client needs during their memberships, which involve questions in regards to billing and requests for their rented spaces.

Project | 05 Building Management
At Novel's 44k square foot, 7 floor Golden Triangle building, in the heart of downtown Pittsburgh, I am the point of contact for all building maintenance, including hiring and overseeing a maintenance technician and building and maintaining relationships with mechanical, electrical roofing, and cleaning vendors in order to ensure the care of the 119 year-old building. Project | 06 Inventory Management
At Novel, I do all of the ordering for consumables, food and beverage, office supplies, maintenance supplies, and event supplies. While keeping our center's profit at the top of my priorities, I carefully managed the entire building's inventory and ordered supplies on a weekly basis.
I also made decisions to change suppliers and vendors when they were not a good fit for the center. For example, in order to please my clients to the best of my ability, I decided to recruit and hire a new beer distributor. By doing this, I ensured the highest amount of quality for my clients, keeping them happy.

Project | 07 Social Media Content Creation
While I was a Public Relations intern at MARC USA, I wrote social media post copy and assisted in product photography for Rite Aid's Instagram and Facebook accounts. Rite Aid is a long-time client of MARC.

Project | 08 Shop Small: PGH
In the spring of 2017, I wrote an article on the small businesses of Pittsburgh. I created a website, Bridges and Brews, to house the article. In order to make it fit for the web, I added interactive elements and embedded videos which feature interviews with two popular Pittsburgh food bloggers.
This article reflects my personal writing style and features photos that I have taken. It was later published in the Carlow Chronicle, Carlow University's student-run newspaper.

Project | 09 Carlow Chronicle
As a staff writer, the Copy Editor and eventually as the Editor-in-Chief of the Carlow Chronicle, I wrote several articles, edited articles, submitted photographs and oversaw the layout and design of the paper.

Project | 10 National Association of Communication Centers Conference- Promotional Materials
As the Promotional Materials Coordinator and Conference Intern for the 2016 NACC Conference, I was responsible for creating all promotional materials for the national conference. These promotional materials included the 2016 conference website, schedule, social media pages, logo and shirt design. I was also assigned to photograph the event.

During my senior year, I conducted research on Uses and Gratifications Theory (UGT) and developed tactics, rooted in UGT, for small business owners to use in order to improve their social media accounts and websites.

On April 23, 2016, I attended the Ted Cruz campaign rally at Gateway High School in Monroeville, Pa. There, I was appointed as a Press Member while assisting and acting as a producer for Rose Tennent, Rose Unplugged radio show host, in a one-on-one interview with Senator Ted Cruz. Project | 15 Love Your Melon Promotional Shoot
Carlow University has recently established a Love Your Melon Campus Crew. Love Your Melon is an apparel brand that is run by college students across the country. The unique mission of LYM is to give a hat to every child battling cancer in America.
In April of 2016, I was recruited to do a promotional shoot for Carlow's Campus Crew. The Crew utilized my photos in their social media campaign in order to promote their mission on the university's campus.
